Please login to the site, using the Support Login box.

* If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Password" link, and your password will be emailed to you.

New Users:

To gain access to our support portal, please click on the "Register" link in the Support Login box. Once your details have been confirmed your account will be activated, you will receive an eMail notification and will be allowed to login.

Open Text Users:

Open Text customers are welcome to register for access to Perfectus on-line support, and will gain access to knowledge base articles and documentation but must still log all support calls directly with Open Text.
