Perfectus IPManager

Using a simple interface designed for non-programmers, the Perfectus IPManager provides the author’s development environment. The Perfectus IPManager provides the user interface for easily building web pages, defining when and where pre-approved clauses are used, manipulating templates, capturing the business logic and distribution rules for the assembly and publication of a suite of documents.

The IPManager Author need not worry about the look and feel of the web pages as they will automatically inherit the style sheet of the target web site. When finished, the IPManager Author can easily ‘publish’ the Package which represents the EasyInterview, logical group of documents, the generation rules, target formats and delivery channels. Within the IPManager subject experts define the business rules and content that forms the backbone of the system.

Perfectus EasyInterview

The EasyInterview acts as the browser-based presentation layer, which, according to the predefined business rules, provides a simple step-by-step guided questionnaire to capture the case-specific data necessary for each transaction.

Using the Perfectus EasyInterview Rules Engine, questions in the interview process are based on previous answers, so that only relevant questions are presented during the interview process. The EasyInterview also provides help, hints and examples to aid the user in completing the interview process.

The data captured in each transaction produces accurate documents every time, without the need for users to see a full and complex document or form, or understand where or how specific data is appropriately inserted in each instance.

Only the Perfectus EasyInterview has this browser-based, structured, and easy-to-use interface that ensures the creation of the correct document specific to each transaction every time.

Perfectus ProcessManager and DeliveryManager

The ProcessManager and DeliveryManager automatically combine the answers from each transaction undertaken through the EasyInterview, with the selected pre-approved documents and the audited business processes defined in the IPManager.

The resulting output is compliant documents and data in all commonly-used formats (including MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, XML, RTF and HTML).

The DeliveryManager uses international standards to ensure that completed, secure documents and contracts can be automatically faxed, or emailed, as well as accessible directly for users within an ECM system environment for storage and collaboration.
